I'm the resident of Park Villa. I can foresee the heavy traffic problem, especially in the morning and evening. This can cause much troubles for all residents nearby.

A long term solution is a must for Jalan Pipit. All cars have no choice and have to park at roadside due to no carpark. Please don't come and write summons. We need a long term solution .

Jalan Pipit is no new road. It has decades of history but yet no new improvements can be seen. Not only has there been no improvements, the traffic lights and traffic conditions are a deterioration of the location. Please listen.

Jalan pipit being the only access road to this area with so many new condo coming up and not fully occupied yet is going to post as a serious problem. As it is, the traffic between 7 to 9am weekdays is unbearable.

Illegal parking at Jalan Pipit 4 T-junction is risking our life as it is the accident hot spot due to obstructing view on the car coming from T-Angle badminton court and Koi Kinrara.

I fully support this petition. There has been massive development of high rise apartments and housing in this area, but the road infrastructure hasn't kept up.
