PETITION ON JALAN PIPIT ACCESS ROAD, PARKING & TRAFFIC ISSUES , LIGHTING CONDITIONS AND SECURITY CONCERNS
Dear Sir/ Madam,
We are a group of volunteers representing the various JMB, Protem members & Residents of Jalan Pipit would like to highlight the concern & plight of our residents. The purpose of this petition is to raise this matter to YBhg. Dato' Nor Hisham Bin Ahmad Dahlan & all those under the Cc list . We are also taking this opportunity to call for a meeting between all the relevant parties to resolve the issues we would be mentioned as below.
Introduction
The Bukit Tandang development area located at Bandar Puchong Jaya currently consist of 9 condominiums
Koi Kinrara Suites
Atmosfera Condominium
Zefer Hill Residences Condominium
Sri Bayu Apartments
Villamas Apartments
Impian Heights
Parc Ville ( Park Villa ) – VP MARCH 2017
Twinz Residenz – Under construction
Ohako – Under construction
The current 2017 estimated population stands at 25,000 people with approx. 4,000 vehicles. This would be increasing as the new condominiums get occupied.
The main access road in /out of this area is Jalan Pipit . This is the only access to access all our residential buildings.
Our team was formed in 2017 as a joint effort between all JMBs & Residents to resolve the long ongoing & pending issues since the first ever condo was built on Bukit Tandang in early 2000.
This “ PETITION” calls for a long term solution and resolution on the following matters
Access Road & Traffic Matters
Insufficient Parking Space between Jalan Pipit & Jalan Pipit 4
Alternate access roads to enter KESAS directly via Jalan Pipit
Conversion of empty lands into parking lots to ease the traffic flow
To enforce strict rules on residents who double park and block the junctions
To include the presence of traffic police during peak hours , to ease the traffic flow
Peak Hours
0700 hrs – 0900 hrs
1800 hrs – 2000 hrs
To deny entry on the construction lorries / vehicles at peak hours
Security Matters
To increase the street lighting points along Jalan Pipit & Jalan Pipit 4
To propose a joint security patrolling along Jalan Pipit with collaboration between PDRM.
To install common area CCTV
Bukit Tandang Development
Request MPSJ to share the future development plan of Bukit Tandang
Request the Bukit Tandang development blueprint is shared among all residents of Jalan Pipit
Firstly to address the following issues, we kindly seek
MPSJ to call for a meeting between all JMB Reps , Protem Reps and Residents on the above matter .
Short term and Long Term resolutions – To be agreed by all parties
