The Philippine Animal Welfare Society is willing to file a complaint if a person of interest or the person would come forward to submit the CCTV.

Unprovoked and yet so violent. It's not impossible that they can do that to humans. Poor cat. Just relaxing there. The cat was oblivious of the danger. Classic case of wrong place at the wrong time -- and a victim of a very violent human being who has to be jailed and does not deserve a good life. I want him to see that a stray or feral cat has better life than him.
They deserve to be in prison!! Justice for this poor cat
Please file in court all necessary actions. Thank you

Mga walang puso!!! Sana mahanap sila at makulong. Kitang kita sa video ang lupit niyo sa pusa. Justice for the poor cat!
