As soon as I read about what happened my heart lept out of my chest and i felt so much emotion for Jade's family and friends. I found it even harder knowing that it could easily happen to anyone. When i read that the driver was unqualified it made me so angry that such a beautiful young life was taken. I am so sorry that it has taken someone like Jade to bring a petition out like this to change legislation over something very important.
