I didn't know Jade personally, but she went to the same school as me. When I first heard about the incident, I was shocked and my thoughts were with Jade's Friends and Family. I think this Petition is an excellent idea and I hope that something can be done to prevent future accidents. Thoughts are with Family and Friends. Xxx
