Jacob Lee Pollock age 25 for one week passed away 12/4/2009.  He was found by his father and his fiance after they received a phone call from Jacob's mother with information alerting them to the fact his life was in danger.  After no response by banging on doors and windows and trying to get into the deadbolted apartment his father busted the window and his fiance lifted him into the window to find him dead...The case was not investigated to the extent of the law.  Pertinent facts were ignored.  Police failed to question his father and fiance regarding the death only asking while paramedics were working on him "Why did you break out the window?"  When they went forward with information regarding the case which was relevant they were ignored and told case closed point blank.  Please help us get the case reopened and investigate all information to the fullest extent of the law.  A life was lost which can't be brought back.
