Jacket Rights

These rules, now enforced as a supposed means to protect us, are far more disruptive to our learning environment than any jacket, sweater, or hoodie. It is enforced ineffectively and detracts from our education.

This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard this year.

First it was too much skin, now it's too much clothes? Make up your mind school.

I’m literally sick now because the school is freezing. Why can’t we be warm that’s all I ask.

Let us wear hoodies

This is a really stupid rule i mean get it together

I don’t understand why the students can’t wear their jackets unzipped. What is the harm? Students should be able to unzip a jacket without anyone judging them or dress coding them.

Ummm, if you’re cold you should be able to wear a coat, this isn’t prison, it’s school.

It is BEYOND ridiculous that our kids cannot wear their coats- not even their sweaters or cardigans in the winter.

This is a very very stupid rule. If a child is cold, it is not right to now allow them to wear a jacket, as long as there is no profanity or disprectful things on it.

I feel that not allowing your students to wear jackets is outrageous

I vote that all pullovers be banned, but not zip up jackets. zip up jackets should be allowed, at least

if they're concerned of our safety because of the recent shooting the teachers should be in uniform as well. Fed up with this dumb rule
