Respectfully, I think the readers of ORV (both old and new) will be more than able to appreciate a Korean novel with the appropriate honorifics and name orientation. Y'all do it for Chinese novel translations, so why can't you do it for Korean ones too?? It's not that hard to learn and get used to.
