Rework the IWU Media Policy

The media policy at Indiana Wesleyan has many points that are valid
and honorable. I am very appreciative that the administration wants to
"protect" me from sin. However, in my humble opinion, the media policy shackles my hands rather than protects my heart.
To explain that better, if I have my hands shackled like I do at
IWU when those shackles come off (like I go home for a break) then I
immediately have a desire grab for the things that may be sinful or wrong. If IWU were
to instead protect my heart, as in teach regularly about what to take
in and what to not take in, rather than decide for me what is
appropriate it would benefit students better for the real world.
To put it simply, Indiana Wesleyan's media policy puts students in a
bubble of protection that can actually hinder growth that the real world
demands.
