This is what ITV does. Make something amazing then kill it. It's the Durrells all over again WHEN WILL YOU LISTEN TO YOUR VIEWERS. either make something and let it ddddie on it's own or STOP making good things to only cancel it! Its absurd! If the writers are lost for plots ask us viewers!!

Please bring back another series of Doc Martin. It's the best thing on TV. The characters are almost like family!

Well, I understand that the series has had a long run, but certainly a most successful one. The story has been left "open", I think, and certainly more episodes could follow. And why not end on an even number of 10 seasons instead of the odd "9"?

Doc Martin has given great pleasure to millions of viewers, our whole family from grandparents to the youngest grandchild 10yrs old love it. There are not many programmes on tv that all the family like to get together to watch.
The ending of series 9 really is the beginning to a whole new direction for Doc Martin and family my head is spinning with story lines as I am sure the script writers are also. Please please continue with Doc Martin there are many more years left.

Love it so much. It would be a tragedy for Doc Martin to end on such a cliffhanger. There are so many more stories to be told.
