I love the Doc Martin series and think it was unfair to finish with him resigning. There is absolutely a reason for another series with him finally conquering his problem and being reinstated as a doctor.

I came to Doc Martin late through reruns and love it - funny, heartwarming and dramatic by turns, plus wonderful scenery. Just watched the last series and really hope it will return.
