This was such a classic series. It was left on a cliff hanger. I really hope ITV have a rethink about series three. It had a brilliant cast and great story lines.

I throughly enjoyed this series I must admit I'm not a person who watches a lot of TV but this programme had me waiting eagerly for each sun to come we unfortunately have a lot of programmes that are not even worth putting the TV on .itv have made a big mistake and a angry viewer at the same time .

Please renew this for another season. I absolutely love this program and it's different perspective to other war time dramas that focus mainly on the fighting, this shows how every day people managed back then and coped with life during the war. It is our history and we should be proud of it and share it to younger generations.

I have only just found the series on Netflix and I loved it.
