This is an online petition to be presented to the Montgomery City Council, about the Montgomery City Jail and the conditions the inmates must endure while incarcerated in their facility. I'm going for more lenient phone call policies for LGBT Inmates. A NO EXCEPTION NO SUBSTITUTE MEDICATION POLICY. I am also pushing for a plaque to be dedicated in honor of the numerous lives lost inside of the Montgomery City Jail.
