No confidence in any of the public officials responsible for fiscal
malfeasance. Troubled by the links to debt/lousy business decisions/underfunded reserves in SCLH. Some of the same bad actors betrayed trust & lack integrity.

I'm not so sure if it is really the fault of the City Council. In general, they can only work with the information submitted to them by their respective managers. For example, the whole story about the water bills. Jennifer was Director Public Services since 2015 and must have known of the ongoing situation. The airport, also in the responsibility of Jennifer. She must have known what was going on there. Therefore I do not understand why so many people praise her so much for her work.

If they new about it and did nothing they are complicit
If they couldn’t understand it when shown to them, they are incompetent
Both are valid reasons they should resign

Joiner, Gilbert and Karleskint need to resign ASAP! This is what happens when one is on the council for too long, rather than work to make the city prosper, the vocals is on themselves prospering. Very wrong indeed, need to implement 2 year terms then re-elect.

We need competent and honest leadership as we grow and it’s clear that requires starting over and hoping we can overcome the mistakes and incompetence that has plagued council.

You three are an embarrassment to our city and to those that believed in you enough to vote for you. The intent was there and also the intent to cover up the issues by fighting the investigation by the State. Trust is no longer there for you three and you should all step down immediately. You should be ashamed of dragging your family names through this mud you created. And all in the name of greed.

When the people who were elected can no longer be trusted to do the job they were hired for, then it's time to replace them.
