This affects my program at Thomas Jefferson University. I cannot wait to graduate this August and would do anything to do so.

PA students have worked hard and are wanting to get out into the workforce to help with this crisis!

Persons having tirelessly dedicated themselves, their time and considerable financial resources to this work deserve respect, answers, and prompt accommodation during this crisis. Failing to address PC student concerns is akin to shooting the rest of us in the foot. Their professional caring dedication is needed more than ever at this time.

This would help in many ways with them graduating on time, maybe other health professionals will get the help they desperately need because of the COVID-19

I understand that shortages of PPE and limiting exposure have influenced many hospitals in restricting students, but we are still here. We have committed to this profession to help in situations like these. I received 4 emails today from my program each one contradicting the last until finally my entire class was pulled from our next rotation. There is no answer on how this will affect our graduation. We don’t know if hospitals will open to students again in the coming months. So many things are out of our control when all we want to do is graduate and join the fight. Please, give us firm protocols that we can look to for answers in this uncertain time, so we can join our future colleagues in the hospitals and clinics.
