It's about time PCV/PSV drivers were allowed HGV class 2

I defo agree i can drive 15 ton coach but nothing bigger than 3.5 ton car or van wheres the logic

I to done my test after 97 and can only drive up to 3.5t yet I've held a pcv for 10 yrs and have driven pretty much every type of gearbox and even 14m double deckers
