Just thought it was about time someone did something about this, I passed my car test in feb 1998 so am not even entitled to drive anything over 3.5 tonne, I have since passed and hold a PCV/PSV licence driving vehicles in excess of 10 tonnes, surely with people now getting manual entitlement with an automatic PCV/PSV test, some common sense should be used.
