Should be no charge for green bin garden waste collection and the blue bin should be collected 1 a fortnight

Instead of putting three pelican crossings within one mile in Heaton moor maybe green bins could be emptied

It seems counterproductive that the green bins will be emptied anyway for food waste and not do garden waste at the same time.

Where is all the council tax going? Services are almost non existent, yet we are paying more council tax every year. We already pay for bins to be emptied, just another con.

I disagree with having to pay an extra tax for removal of my green bin waste as I already pay for this service through my Council Tax.

Before councils start their cut-backs to services they should be reducing their headcount within their own offices and that would certainly reduce waste and rubbish

Strongly against the charge of the green bin. If recycling was a priority then we would be having weekly bin collection of cardboard and bottles.
