Cari Amici,

Questa petizione è atta a richiedere alla Presidenza del Parlamento Europeo un'indagine sulla legittimità, l'appropriatezza e la sicurezza del modo in cui Alitalia & Trenitalia (principali vettori del traffico aereo e ferroviario in Italia) gestiscono le proprie attività ed il rapporto con la propria clientela.

Ogni giorno si ripetono e moltiplicano i problemi legati alle due aziende in termini di costi, ritardi, deficit nella sicurezza e nell'igiene, ed un servizio clienti assente o insolvente.

L'indagine avrà termine al 31.12.2010, per dimostrare nell'arco di un anno il volume del dissenso enunciato.

Se siete stati coinvolti in disservizi o esperienze poco piacevoli ascrivibili ad Alitalia o Trenitalia, lasciate la vostra firma ed eventuali commenti per sostenere la richiesta di un concreto cambiamento.

Dear Friends,

This petition aims at requesting the Presidency of the European Parliament an investigation on the legitimacy, appropriateness and safety of the way Alitalia & Trenitalia (main air and railway vectors in Italy) handle their activities and the relations with their clientele.

Every day there is a repetition and multiplication of the problems attributed to the two companies in terms of costs, delays, hygiene and safety deficits, and an absent or customer service.

The survey will end on 31.12.2010, to show the volume of the expressed dissent within the span of time of a year.

If you have been involved in inefficiency or bad experiences that may be ascribed to Alitalia or Trenitalia, leave your signature and eventual feedback to support the request for a concrete change.
