Italian Student Visa Appointment Problem - Tehran

Please solve our main problem about booking appoinment for getting Visa. Thanks

After roughly 2 month I still can't book an appointment for university enrollment visa. My deadline to pay tuition fee I 15th September 2021 and I am in a dilemma situation regarding paying tuition fee.

I couldnt get an appointment time just because delay of sending my summary ,its not my fault

The current way of giving appointments for visas is unacceptable and results in the destruction of all the hard work of the accepted students.

When we want to book a reservation, due to the overcrowded website, the accounts face errors and malfunctions and even log out automatically.

we need more time and opportunity for ambassador of Italy

No embassy has the reservation system like this for international students!! If I knew the embassy bothers me for a simple issue like reserving an appointment time, I wouldn't choose an Italian University! It is surprisingly unprofessional.

Please change the booking system or solve the current problems. It is not fair and it is not a useful system at all. It causes many problems.

Everytime the website of CKGS opens, we should book an appointment in just two minutes and if we cannot because of many problems, we would miss two weeks !!

I have wanted to book an appointment since seven weeks ago but I could not due to many unexpected website errors.

Many fake accounts login to the CKGS's website with fraudulent information, including passport number, and reserve appointments with BOTs. They want students to miss the time in order to force them to buy the appointment session from Agencies.

I cannot login to the website of the CKGS to continue my application or book an appointment because my account becomes inactive every time. I reported this problem several times but it hase not been solved yet.

I cannot book an appointment because my application in CKGS' website is deactivated frequently. While reservation time, I cannot make a new application or login to earlier one.

The current problem can be solved only by the Italian Embassy. So I would be pleased if the Italian Embassy issues necessary instructions in order to change the booking system.

Unfortunately, due to the current booking system, most of students cannot book an appointment in spite of spending weeks on the www.ckgsir.com website.

I have been trying to make an appointment for about three months and kindly would like to ask you to extend the number of daily clients as this issue is getting stressful. Best regards.

Please understand us Iranians, and please facilitate our visa processing. We are already stressful of many tasks. We have the rights to get interviewed by CKGS

Remaining times for making an appointment are too limited in according to the applicants numbers.
