I want my money back. I advised them to cancel and issue a refund, They agreed in a reply email and then 10 days later said we shipped it. The tracking # has said label created but not shipped from then to now. I don't want the product I want my money back.

I ordered two wigs on the 5th of April 2018. They charged my card and as of today (may 14th 2018) I still have not recieved my order nor has any of my emails been answered. Very upset that I fell for this scam.

I have received a wig that is not as advertised and contacted both of their contact emails 3 times asking for an exchange or money back. I am unsatisfied customer among many others that have been scammed
