I think it should be painted blue, and turned into a TARDIS. We have a college three blocks away and, besides, who doesn't love Doctor Who?
The manager isn't as convinced, so, fellow yarnies and Whovians, help me out! If I can get enough signatures by February 1st, it's going to be blue.

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to formally present this proposal to the shop manager. I am currently finalizing a document detailing the potential for increased foot traffic and the specific aesthetic plan for the blue finish.
