IT OutSourcing Canada
Dear IT professionals ...would like to bring your notice the trend of IT outsourcing to countries like India and China and how it is effecting the local IT resources in their employment status and confidence in their daily lives ... Big corporate like Rogers, Aviva, Manulife, Cadbury, Nestle, Telus, Scotiabank… The law of immigration for temporary worker clearly states that the temporary worker will be hired onsite only if the local resources are not available in the market. But we don’t think that the rule is being followed, companies like iGate, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, IBM hire people by their whims and fancies, this trend so alarming that that it is elimininating all the local jobs for IT, My question to you are :: · What will happen if all the jobs will be outsourced without considering the local pool of Resources. Where all these people will go or do for their living.. · What will these people do who are dependent on their IT skill. · Who will then immigrate to Canada since the trend is globally recognized and heard over internet on Facebook, Twitter. · Do we want Canada to become the land of handyman and labourers or do we still want to have the white collar jobs in canada All these questions make me think and raise a voice over this trend.. we want some action to be taken and also to be heard through you or some other medium in parliament..
