Roads are meant for motorist who paid their insurance and road tax yearly. We hold proper liscence to use the road in public.

The e scooters are getting faster and faster with the modification the owners have done to them. They know nothing about highway code, thus they are a real hazard on the road. Sad to say LTA has done nothing at all, jus look at the increase in numbers of accidents involving e scooter on the road? Why not start clamping down on the shops that are doing all the illegal modifications? 1 click on the internet and u can find various shops modifying e scooters in spore.

Seriously, E-scooter is difficult to control, there is no measurement to judge who is right or wrong once accident happen, furthermore E scooter rider can be anyone without any training. I feel this vehicle must be ban first before come out a better measurement on E scooter.

Please ban the e scooters n bikes. The bicycles too. I have seen many dangerous examples as a driver myself. Some are even near miss, close to a accident. Really becoming a hazard at road.
Drivers will be the losing end most of the time when freak accidents happened. Its actually unfair to the drivers. A car camera is must have nowadays so tat u can provide evidence anytime, dun have to argue....

Unless authority is able to petrol and enforce the rules, please ban e-scooter in public road, parks and pedesterian walkway.

Yes, though I don't consider them nuisance. I have seen enough e scooters being driven at speed not suitable on footpaths or roads.
I have seen a mum with her son driving it fast against traffic.
As a mother. I do worry when I see such e scooters or any other such hip vehicles being whisked around without much concern for others.

Their speed on the road is causing panic to children and elderly as they are so stunt they do no know whether to dodge left or right and in the end cause accident. To adults road users they are a nuisance. Hope LTA could do something for the safety of everybody!
