I moved to Oak Harbor 35 Years ago, because of my relationship with the Navy. If it were not for the Navy and it's personal, Oak Harbor would not thrive. The aviators as well as the LSO's and other support staff need the touch and go sessions. Please consider all of these items when making your decisions.

The base is needed for netional defense and economc reasons. The majority of us who OWN property sndlive on the island support NASWI. Keep the base here and active.

I have Lived in LaConner all my life and I support the jets at Naval Air Station Whidbey

We enthusiastically support all operations of the Navy Airbase at Whidbey Island; present and planned. What they have done, what they now do, and what they must do in the future Is promoting the safety of America. The safety of our troops deployed at outposts around the globe and at sea are also on the line.

I support USN at Whidbey.

I love hearing the sound of freedom and seeing the Navy airplanes go by.

I am in complete support of the ongoing operation of Whidbey Naval Air Station. I further support any expansion of the facility, and any increase in the number and type of aircraft and associated personnel assigned to the Air Station as deemed necessary to ensure the security of our great nation against any entity, individual or group who would attempt to do harm to it or its people. In addition, I also support the liberal and expanded use of OLF Coupeville.

You cannot ask the aircrew to lay their lives on the line for you if you are not willing to support them with the best training possible.

I am retired and have lived around the jet noise since 1972 which includes serving aboard aircraft carriers. No sounds are better than the sound of freedom.

Love NAS Whidbey Island! Best base ever! We retired here because of it - my husband's last duty station.
