I've tried to pass an ISTQB FL exam 2 months ago in Sofia/Bulgaria.
The questions were not very close to the syllabus and it is almost impossible to pass the exam without participated their course which is very expensive. Also I'm not able to see my results after that and I cannot check where I was wrong. My scored was 24/40. 26 is minumun to pass the exam but how can I be sure if this is the real result which I have? This certificate is a business, not a measure of how good you are. I can continue to work without this fake paper and I'm sure that I'm better than 50% of people who have this certificate.

I am personally very concerned with the format of foundation level exam and from what i hear lately from my students who want to certify, its not very close to the syllabus and what is listed in the ISTQB's website.

The exam was a "Waterfall of confusion" and it's killing the Agile tester creativity in every tester. The "Do it and forgot it" way can't be a constructive goal in a tester carrier. ISTQB is the one ANTI-AGILE testing method that you can find.

The exam is an absurd one
This may improve the quality of ISTQB
