Carissimo Rettore,

con la presente desideriamo sottoporre alla Sua attenzione la condizione di grave emergenza che sta colpendo la comunità degli studenti iraniani presso Unicamillus, a causa della crisi geopolitica e del conflitto in corso in Iran.

Le conseguenze di tale situazione hanno inciso profondamente sulla stabilità economica, psicologica e sociale di molti studenti, compromettendo concretamente la continuità del loro percorso accademico.

Alla luce di questa situazione eccezionale, chiediamo rispettosamente che l’Ateneo voglia valutare con sensibilità e spirito di solidarietà l’adozione delle seguenti misure straordinarie di sostegno:

1. Maggiore flessibilità nei pagamenti e riduzione della contribuzione universitaria

Le gravi restrizioni nei trasferimenti di denaro dall’Iran e il peggioramento della situazione economica del Paese stanno rendendo estremamente difficile, per molti studenti, il pagamento regolare delle tasse universitarie.

Per tale ragione, chiediamo che venga presa in considerazione, ove possibile, una revisione del calendario dei pagamenti, insieme all’introduzione di agevolazioni straordinarie o riduzioni delle tasse per il semestre in corso, al fine di evitare interruzioni forzate degli studi per motivi economici.

2. Revisione temporanea della classificazione economica dell’Iran ai fini amministrativi e di accesso ai benefici

Le attuali difficoltà amministrative e consolari in Iran rendono in molti casi impossibile ottenere, tradurre o legalizzare nei tempi richiesti la documentazione economica necessaria per l’accesso a borse di studio, riduzioni contributive e altri benefici.

Per questo motivo, proponiamo che l’Ateneo, in coordinamento con gli enti competenti, valuti temporaneamente l’adozione di criteri semplificati per gli studenti iraniani, riconoscendo la condizione di emergenza del Paese e consentendo la presentazione di documentazione alternativa o semplificata.

3. Attivazione di misure urgenti di sostegno per vitto, alloggio e necessità essenziali

L’interruzione delle comunicazioni e il peggioramento della crisi economica hanno compromesso, in numerosi casi, il sostegno finanziario che gli studenti ricevevano dalle proprie famiglie.

Di conseguenza, molti di loro si trovano oggi in seria difficoltà nel far fronte alle spese essenziali, quali alloggio, alimentazione e costi quotidiani di sussistenza. Riteniamo pertanto fondamentale l’attivazione di fondi di emergenza, prestiti d’onore o contributi straordinari, con particolare attenzione agli studenti che non beneficiano del sostegno di programmi come DiscoLazio.

Siamo consapevoli del ruolo che Unicamillus ha sempre svolto nella promozione della dignità umana, della solidarietà e del diritto allo studio.

Confidiamo pertanto che, in questo momento di particolare difficoltà, l’Ateneo voglia offrire un segnale concreto di vicinanza e sostegno, contribuendo a garantire serenità, stabilità e continuità al percorso accademico degli studenti iraniani.

La presente istanza ha finalità esclusivamente accademiche, amministrative e di tutela del diritto allo studio, senza alcuna finalità politico-partitica.

Dear Rector,

We are writing to respectfully bring to your attention the severe emergency currently affecting the Iranian student community at Unicamillus as a result of the ongoing geopolitical crisis and conflict in Iran.

The consequences of this situation have had a profound impact on the economic, psychological, and social stability of many students, seriously threatening the continuity of their academic journey.

In light of these exceptional circumstances, we kindly ask the University to consider, with compassion and solidarity, the adoption of the following extraordinary support measures:

1. Greater flexibility in tuition payments and fee reduction

Severe restrictions on money transfers from Iran, together with the country’s worsening economic crisis, have made it extremely difficult for many students to pay their tuition fees on time.

For this reason, we respectfully request that the University consider revising the tuition payment schedule and, where possible, introducing special reductions or financial accommodations for the current semester in order to prevent students from being forced to interrupt their studies for financial reasons.

2. Temporary revision of Iran’s economic classification for administrative and financial aid purposes

The current disruption of administrative and consular services in Iran has made it, in many cases, impossible for students to obtain, translate, or legalize the financial documents required for scholarships, fee reductions, and other forms of support.

We therefore propose that the University, in coordination with the relevant authorities, temporarily adopt simplified criteria for Iranian students by recognizing the emergency conditions affecting the country and allowing alternative or simplified documentation.

3. Urgent support measures for housing, food, and essential living expenses

Communication disruptions and the worsening economic situation have significantly affected, and in many cases interrupted, the financial support that students normally receive from their families.

As a result, many students are now facing serious difficulties in covering essential living costs such as accommodation, food, and daily expenses. We therefore believe it is crucial to establish emergency support funds, student relief loans, or special financial assistance, with particular consideration for students who are not covered by programs such as DiscoLazio.

We are fully aware of Unicamillus’s longstanding commitment to human dignity, solidarity, and the right to education.

For this reason, we sincerely hope that, in this particularly difficult moment, the University will offer a concrete sign of support and closeness, helping to ensure stability, peace of mind, and continuity in the academic path of Iranian students.

This petition is intended solely for academic, administrative, and student support purposes, with no political or partisan intent.

ریاست محترم یونیکمیلوس،

با سلام و احترام،

بدینوسیله مایلیم وضعیت دشوار و اضطراری حاکم بر جامعه دانشجویان ایرانی یونیکمیلوس را، که در نتیجه بحرانهای ژئوپلیتیک و شرایط جنگی در ایران پدید آمده است، به استحضار حضرتعالی برسانیم.

پیامدهای این وضعیت، تأثیر عمیقی بر ثبات اقتصادی، روانی و اجتماعی بسیاری از دانشجویان گذاشته و تداوم مسیر تحصیلی آنان را با تهدیدی جدی مواجه کرده است.

با توجه به این شرایط استثنایی، از آن مقام محترم تقاضا داریم با نگاه انسانی، حمایتی و همدلانه، بررسی و تصویب اقدامات زیر را در دستور کار قرار دهید:

۱. افزایش انعطاف در پرداخت شهریه و اعمال تخفیفهای ویژه

محدودیتهای شدید در انتقال وجه از ایران، همراه با وخامت شرایط اقتصادی کشور، موجب شده است که بسیاری از دانشجویان در پرداخت بهموقع شهریه خود با مشکلات جدی روبهرو شوند.

از اینرو، درخواست داریم در صورت امکان، تقویم پرداخت شهریه بازنگری شده و برای ترم جاری تخفیفها یا تسهیلات ویژهای در نظر گرفته شود تا دانشجویان به دلیل مشکلات مالی ناچار به توقف یا ترک تحصیل نشوند.

۲. بازنگری موقت در نحوه ارزیابی وضعیت اقتصادی ایران برای امور اداری و حمایتی

اختلال در فعالیتهای اداری و کنسولی در ایران، در بسیاری از موارد تهیه، ترجمه و تأیید مدارک مالی مورد نیاز برای بهرهمندی از بورسیهها، تخفیفهای شهریه و سایر حمایتها را غیرممکن یا بسیار دشوار کرده است.

لذا پیشنهاد میشود دانشگاه، با هماهنگی نهادهای ذیربط، شرایط اضطراری ایران را بهصورت موقت در روندهای اداری و حمایتی لحاظ کرده و امکان ارائه مدارک جایگزین یا سادهسازیشده را برای دانشجویان ایرانی فراهم آورد.

۳. ایجاد حمایتهای فوری برای هزینههای ضروری زندگی از جمله مسکن و تغذیه

قطع یا اختلال در ارتباطات و همچنین وخامت بحران اقتصادی، در موارد بسیاری موجب کاهش یا توقف حمایت مالی خانوادهها از دانشجویان شده است.

در نتیجه، بسیاری از دانشجویان در تأمین نیازهای اولیه زندگی مانند مسکن، غذا و هزینههای روزمره با مشکلات جدی مواجه شدهاند. از این رو، ایجاد صندوقهای حمایتی اضطراری، وامهای دانشجویی فوری یا کمکهزینههای ویژه، بهویژه برای دانشجویانی که از پوشش برنامههایی مانند DiscoLazio برخوردار نیستند، اقدامی ضروری و فوری به شمار میرود.

ما به خوبی آگاهیم که یونیکمیلوس همواره بر ارزشهایی چون کرامت انسانی، همبستگی و حق تحصیل تأکید داشته است.

از همین رو، امیدواریم در این برهه حساس، دانشگاه با اتخاذ تدابیری عملی و حمایتی، نشانهای روشن از همراهی و مسئولیتپذیری خود نشان داده و زمینه تداوم آرام و باثبات مسیر علمی دانشجویان ایرانی را فراهم سازد.

این درخواست صرفاً دارای ماهیت آموزشی، اداری و در راستای حمایت از حق تحصیل دانشجویان است و هیچگونه هدف سیاسی یا حزبی ندارد
