As a marine biologist who has witnessed coral bleaching and the decline of reef health in both the Pacific and Caribbean, I support this call on all nations at the Paris Climate Change Conference to commit to limiting atmospheric carbon dioxide to protect our coral reefs,

Before it is too late protect our coral reefs, and we need to have some new ideas to stop plastic going into the oceans! I was told older people in the Maldives have always thrown their litter in the ocean. The schools are teaching the young people but how about every country teaching their adults too!

My 11 year old has witnessed the damage of coral reefs while snorkelling, he is conscious about environment and I truly hope he is not the last generation to explore the beauty of our oceans.
