This initiative is wonderful but we also have to change things from our lifestyle that produce impacts on the environment. Without that doesn't really matter how many petitions we sign. So, let's do it. For a healthier planet!

I've studied human impacts to coral reefs for over a decade. It is disheartening that in that amount of time and with all of the knowledge and data that we have, still not much has been done to lessen our impact. This is an important issue that must be acted upon for ourselves and future generations.

We have seen first hand the impacts of climate change on corals while diving, using ROVs and with manned subs. The damage is real and spreading

As a life long sailor we must begin to pay attention to the damage that is being done to our water eco system. I want all the sailors who follow to have the beauty of the ocean to enjoy.
