We, the undersigned members of Iranian society of Queensland (ISQ), respectfully petition the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), Queensland, to urgently investigate concerns regarding ISQ Management’s refusal to allow lawful inspection of the Register of Members, as required under the ISQ Constitution and the Associations Incorporation Act. During a meeting on 16 November 2025, ISQ Management acknowledged that approximately 60 individuals have been treated as current members despite failing to renew their membership for the financial year commencing 1 July 2025. This irregularity directly affects eligibility for voting at the upcoming AGM and election on 30 November 2025. Following this admission, ISQ Management declined to provide the Register of Members and has since ignored repeated follow-up requests. Given the imminence of the AGM and the potential for misinformation to be provided to the OFT, we request immediate and unbiased intervention to ensure transparency, legal compliance, and protection of member rights.

Why are they hiding the register. It looks like they are rigging it.
