This is a ambitious petition to hopefully raise awareness to the north hills area of Allegheny county in Pennsylvania. Currently, we can only chose between two different ISP's for internet service. Fios, for example, offers 5x speeds for equal or lesser costs. Support our freedom to chose our internet!
