Non stunned is kosher. The difference is we say bissmillah before we put the blade over the animals neck.

Please protect the rights of Muslims to eat food according to how it was prescribed by Allah ( God) the almighty . As we Muslims don't ask to take away Non Muslims rights , therefore , we request and expect our government to respect and protect our rights. Thank you
