We ask the Government to ensure that existing legislation surrounding religious slaughter continues to be protected and is not abused by vested interests by ensuring: 1.That in Law the definition of Halal is protected in a similar way to the term Shechita where the legislation makes it clear that religious slaughter is without stunning. 2.That the government puts the interest of the rights of the Muslim consumer

I strongly agree on this matter

I am showing my support for animals to be slaugtered in the islamic way by not shunning the animals the method used is to protect the animal from discomfort the jugular vain is cut to abtain instint death

An Aeronautical engineering degree in the imperial university has educated me in the physics of incapacitation of an animate being by use of high voltage. Any jurisprudence would deduce that this approach to stun the animal is achieved by supererogatory means.
