I think they shouldn't have problem with halal food it's basic and most important thing for Muslim if non Muslim can eat meat what they like then we have the right to eat however we like at the we are the one who are paying for what we need ...

We should be allowed to slaughter animals in the halal way by cutting the throat, it is the most humane way of slaughtering, even vets agree that cutting the jugular vein is the best way to kill a animal
