Sister Ivana is the right person for this position. She has made lots of youth activities. I have been taken lots of photos for most of them. Without her, these activities would not even exisit

I have worked with Ivana and her dedication and professionalism is palpable. Her possible absence would be a major loss to the ISAK community. In a time when youth are growing increasingly distant to their deen and in turn to the masajid, it is essential to have a dynamic youth director such as Ivana to remedy that issue.

Sr. Ivana is the most qualified for this position, given her degrees is in this field and given the time she has already invested in the youth group. The youth group would not have been able to flourish the way it has without her hard work and persistence.

I don't see or know anyone more qualified to be the youth leader, period. If Sr. Ivan does not assume the youth director role, the community at large will suffer a great loss.

Sr. Ivana has worked so hard in the past few years to organize events for the youth in our community. Her passion, drive, organizational skills & hard work are evident in every activity she plans. Sr. Ivana has connected with our youth in a way which not many have been able to do. She listens to their ideas & suggestions and follows through with implementing them. This has resulted in our youth trusting her, as she has shown them that their voice does matter. It is so important for our youth to connect with other Muslims in a positve environment. This takes an enormous amount of time & dedication. We are so blessed to have a leader like Sr. Ivana who does all this work from her heart and for the sole purpose of encouraging our youth to be better people and strong leaders in their community.

I have known sister Ivana now for about 1.5 to 2 years. I have worked with her some and also attended several of the events that she has arranged. She has several qualities that nobody else can match to qualify for this position. Her first strength is her formal education. Only this, makes her the best candidate. Everyone who has seen her interact with youth can tell how well she connects with them. By attending these events you can easily appreciate the amazing ideas she comes up with and the effort she puts in to execute them. My favorite ones were the daughter and father event and the parenting seminar. I also loved the idea behind the " Hijra" event and how it was put together. I also appreciate the regularity of these events. This shows her dedication to her work. I hope she takes over the position of Youth Director and train several people to do the kind of work she is doing. This would be a big step in bringing the youth together and training them to take over in future.

Masha'Allah, Sr. Ivana knows how to plan and connect with the youth, and she has worked hard to do so. She has created a group that the youth want to be a part of, where their voices are heard, their concerns are addressed & they themselves can gain leadership skills. Without the active participation of the youth, our community would have no future.

Sr.Ivana is very qualified for the position of ISAK Youth Director. She has put so much effort in our youth group! She is so passionate about keeping this youth group active. These children are the future of our community. May Allah SWT help the board to make the right decision.
