This young man was at the wrong place at the wrong time, charging him for a crime he didn't do is insane, if you didn't pull a trigger there is no attempted murder, if you didn't place your hand on a car or on a person to rob then there is no robbery! Learn the difference, many young men don't intend for things to happen but you never know what your homeboy may have planned!

My son got charged with murder at the wrong place at the wrong time and he wasn't the shooter in the Wendy Fisher case in July 2012 and the 2 young men got a pat on the back from the D.A. and released back on the streets for being involved in a Murder.

It's messed up that they wanna charge these kids as adults but aren't doing anything about the murder victims of sum families...They just looked passed a few killings that I know of and did a poor job on collecting evidence...all I'm saying is give these kids a chance you never know what they have been through...

Spec didn't do anything, just because he was there doesn't make him as responsible as the person who pulled the trigger. It makes him a witness to the crime but that does not mean he is as responsible as the person who pulled the trigger.
