Apparently Casper’s new chief of police have had some type of bad dealings with motorcyclist in the past. Probably in Farmington New Mexico. While this isn’t farming New Mexico this is Casper Wyoming. Don’t take your past out on us, were not even close to the same people that you have dealt with in the past.
