This book was passed to me by a colleague. Emotional ready but also one of the best insights into describing the cycle of mental health i have came across! Would love this to be published so i could use these in my interventions with young people going forward! and also pass on through friends and colleagues!

Got to get this book out there!

I am the author's 'grandpop' so may be biased but was very impressed with the style/standard/content and the courage displayed by the author considering the circumstances.

This is a beautiful, honest and considered account of the author's experience of his sibling's suicide, and a thought provoking read for anyone.

Excellent debut... Needs to go further now.

This book was written in the deepest of grief and is a profound, honest and moving account of the experience of the suicide of a sibling and its effects on the author's life philosophy.
