We, the undersigned, as Ironman University Certified coaches request an audience with Ironman U officials to provide prioritized feedback on how the program needs to change before we commit to recertification and/or ongoing subscription
I agree with my colleagues statements, and as a USAT-1 level coach, I am questioning the value of the Ironman Coaching program; thus, I won't re-certify myself unless the value of the certification will be worth it. For example, insurance program similar to USA triathlon, better marketing access and a better recognition in the worldwide coaching community.

I have failed to renew my membership due to lack of support, and failure of IM to provide value for the cost.

Those who were in from the start of the Certified Coach course and match program, remember the promises made to get the coach match up and running by the first of the year????? Then by the time they did get it up and running it was too late in the season to get any benefit out of the "free coach match option." I knew then we were in trouble.

I share everyone's frustrations. I don't want too abandon IMU, but fear I will. They need to step up to the plate, communicate, get CoachesMatch to a point where it's a reliable resource. I've put forward some positive suggestions to IMU which have been well received, but no action taken. I think the audience should be with Andrew Messick, otherwise nothing will get done. IM could do their brand genuine harm if they fall out with coaches. We in many respects are the glue that brings back athletes for more!

I have not received so much as a single email from IMU since my initial 90 day membership (tier 2) expired. I expected more than being dropped like a hot potato.

I am CC since April 2016 and because of your unprofessional & incompetent approach I had to interrupt my membership as Trier 2! IMU should apologize, give my money back and solve all the matters I reported to you for the last months, incl. deleting a very important client review on my profile!! Anca Moraru, Austria
