we got the news today that the insurance cover is officially being reinstated. i am honestly blown away that we pulled this off and so grateful to everyone who helped us get here. lets keep watching to make sure the transition goes smoothly for all the midwives.

i honestly cant believe how many people have jumped on this board and started speaking up for homebirths. seeing all these messages is giving me so much energy to keep pushing the ino to fix this situation.

just hit 100 signatures and im honestly amazed at how fast this is moving. its so important that we keep this momentum going for the midwives and all the families who need homebirths.

Absolutely ridiculous. Leave the midwives alone. They provide such an important service to irish mothers.
My wife had a homebirth and it was the best experience of our lives. These midwives are experts and deserve to be supported not forced out.
Ridiculous decision. Homebirth is my right and my choice.
Women deserve to have choices about how they bring their babies into the world. Dont take this away from us.
What about our rights? We should be able to decide where we give birth. This is just bullying.
