Basically their paypal had issues, limitation issues, they do not want tofix it because theyre lazy and unreliable. They are asking everyone to use either Bank Transfer (MINIMUM OF $300.00) Webmoney (only available in certain EU countries) and payoneer (100$ minimum withdrawal, 30$ yearly maintanence fee, only one currency.)

Basically their paypal had issues, limitation issues, they do not want tofix it because theyre lazy and unreliable.
