IREO Reality: Build additional floors mid-way through the construction to get more profits while risking occupants' life and ignoring the vision IREO once stood for. Dear Friends, Through rumors, the news of building additional floors was brought to forefront, later confirmed by IREO. The additional floors (8 in total) are built in IREO uptown project to counter the delayed license for .903 acre of land. While IREO sent out an email (after much discontentment from customers on IREO Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/ireoworld) explaining the situation, we fail to understand how a delayed land license give them the right to building extra floors without prior consensus from the buyers. If anything, this smells of greed driving up profits - a practice prevalent in Indian real estate market and unfortunately now adopted by IREO Management. While we still believe in IREO mission and are proud member of IREO family, we should come together and demand transparency and prevent building extra floors which put ours and our family life at risk.
