After shocking performances by Johnathan Kaplan and Nigel Owens in the autumn international it has become clear there is a very pro Irish bias in the IRB.The IRB are based in Dublin,Ireland are also classed a tier one rugby nation which makes the IRB's location not entirely neutral. For the benefit of the game the IRB should be based in somewhere like Switzerland or some other neutral country which will have convince the rugby supporting public that they are prepared to battle against questionable results.
