Richiesta di sostegno urgente per gli studenti iraniani a Lazio causa stato di emergenza

Spettabile Direzione di Disco Lazio,

Siamo un gruppo di studenti iraniani residenti a Lazio e scriviamo la presente per informarVi sulla gravissima situazione di emergenza che stiamo affrontando e per richiedere un Vostro indispensabile supporto.

Come a Voi noto, le recenti tensioni in Iran e lo stato critico del conflitto hanno causato l'interruzione dei sistemi di trasferimento bancario e gravi disservizi nell'accesso a Internet. Questa situazione non solo ha limitato i contatti con le nostre famiglie, ma ha reso di fatto impossibile l'invio di sostegno economico da parte dei nostri genitori. Di conseguenza, molti studenti iraniani a Roma si trovano nell'impossibilità di pagare l'affitto, le spese alimentari e le necessità quotidiane.

Alla luce di quanto sopra, chiediamo gentilmente a codesto Ente di valutare con urgenza i seguenti punti:

1. Scorrimento delle graduatorie (Idonei non Vincitori): Accelerare il processo di conversione dello status degli studenti risultati "Idonei" in "Vincitori", affinché possano beneficiare dei fondi della borsa di studio.

2. Priorità nell'erogazione delle rate: Data l'impossibilità di ricevere fondi dall'Iran, chiediamo che il pagamento delle rate della borsa di studio per gli studenti iraniani venga trattato con priorità.

3. Assegnazione di un contributo straordinario (Bonus): Chiediamo l'istituzione di un sussidio speciale per tutti gli studenti iraniani, con particolare attenzione a coloro che, a causa dei ritardi nel rilascio dei visti, non hanno potuto presentare la documentazione entro i termini previsti e sono rimasti esclusi dal beneficio.

Urgent Request for Support for Iranian Students in Lazio Due to Emergency Situation

To the Management of Disco Lazio,

We, a group of Iranian students residing in Lazio, are writing this letter to bring to your attention the current critical circumstances we are facing and to formally request essential support.

As you are aware, recent tensions in Iran and the prevailing state of conflict have led to the disruption of international banking transfers and widespread internet outages. This situation has not only severed communication with our families but has rendered financial support from our parents virtually impossible. Consequently, Iranian students in Rome are struggling to meet basic needs, including rent, food, and personal expenses.

In view of these challenges, we urgently request that your institution considers the following measures:

1. Transition from "Suitable" to "Winner" Status: Expediting the process of converting the status of students categorized as "Suitable" (Idonei) to "Winner" (Vincitori) to allow them to access scholarship benefits.

2. Priority in Scholarship Payments: Given the inability to receive funds from Iran, we request that the disbursement of scholarship installments for Iranian students be prioritized.

3. Allocation of an Emergency Bonus: We request the allocation of a special emergency grant for all Iranian students, particularly for those who, due to delays in visa issuance, were unable to submit their documentation within the deadlines and were subsequently excluded from the scholarship.

ما، جمعی از دانشجویان ایرانی ساکن استان لاتزیو ، با کمال احترام این نامه را جهت اطلاع شما از شرایط بحرانی فعلی و درخواست حمایتهای ضروری تنظیم نمودهایم.

همانطور که مستحضرید، تنش های اخیر در ایران و شرایط بحرانی جنگی منجر به اختلال در سیستمهای نقل و انتقال بانکی و اختلالات گسترده در دسترسی به اینترنت شده است. این وضعیت نه تنها ارتباط ما را با خانوادههایمان محدود کرده، بلکه ارسال حمایتهای مالی از سوی والدین را عملاً غیرممکن ساخته است.در پیامد این اتفاقات دانشجویان ایرانی مقیم رم از پرداخت اجاره خانه های خود و مخارج خورد و خوراک و شخصی خودشون به مشکل برخوردن.

لذا بنا به دلایل فوق از آن نهاد محترم درخواست داریم موارد زیر را مورد بررسی و اقدام فوری قرار دهید:

۱. تغییر وضعیت دانشجویان مناسب (Suitable): تسریع در روند تبدیل وضعیت دانشجویانی که در سایت به عنوان "Suitable" شناخته شدهاند به وضعیت "Winner" جهت بهرهمندی از مزایای بورس.

۲. اولویت در واریز مبالغ بورس: با توجه به عدم امکان دریافت پول از ایران، درخواست داریم واریز اقساط بورس دانشجویان ایرانی در اولویت قرار گیرد.

۳. تخصیص کمک هزینه جنگی :

با توجه به شرایط فعلی، درخواست تخصیص یک کمکهزینه ویژه (Bonus) برای تمامی دانشجویان ایرانی بخصوص گروهی از دانشجویان که به دلیل تاخیر در صدور ویزا نتوانستند مدارک خود را در مهلت مقرر تحویل دهند و از بورس محروم شدند را داریم.
