This petition is for Ipswich borough council to stop them funding family's who wont stop growing so that they can reap the rewards of the Tax payers money, too many people within Ipswich are receiving money for every child they pass through their womb... now some of these people are receiving more money then the average army soldier, £52,000 plus houses being knocked down to extend their house to suit their family 12+ needs, whilst everyone works, and pays their taxes, and earn an honest living. However , while family's who don't are scrounging of an outdated system spending hard earning people's money , that should be given to schools and hospitals, who are struggling.... Ipswich hospital is recently under a lot of stress through bills and debt, so this money could help a worthy cause instead of those have a large family for the wrong reasons.
