Netgem has confirmed a firmware update that addresses the bugs and compatibility issues we documented. I have verified the release schedule with their engineering team and we can expect deployment to begin shortly.

They promised updates when I bought this thing. It is basically a paperweight now.
Stop ignoring your customers. we payed good money for this box and it needs to be updated.
Fix the flash player already. Nothing loads properly and it is so frustrating.
I just want the menus to actually work. half the links just go nowhere.
Wimbledon audio is busted again. Sort it out netgem!!
