ION drum kit support for Rock Band 4

I was literally one of the very first Ion Drum Rocker customers. For a brand new product that is meant to take a "beating" to have only a 90 day warranty seemed odd to me. Then on day 92 I had to call tech support because the sensor's solder had come off and I was missing hits. The tech support answer was to send me to sales to spend more money on something that I figured would break in the same amount of time. That means that Ion Audio has ZERO Customer Service... I am not surprised that while it seems as though Harmonix and Microsoft have worked their butts off to provide legacy support that Ion Audio has done nothing for us in the last year or so since they've known about RB4.

Please develop and xbox one compatible Ion drum controller. I love my Ion rocker on my 360 and will not buy RB4 until I can use it on my XB1!

Please develop an xbox one compatible Ion Drum brain.

I want Ion support to be able to use my Drum Rocker with Rock Band 4!

I have well over 300 songs in my library, and have a copy of RB Beatles, 2, and 3. I planned to stay on the Xbox 360 with my Ion drum rocker since I keep my life in balance with RB3. Imagine the joy finding out RB4 was available, Now I could get an Xbox One! ...and then shock of finding out the only instrument I play is not supported. Please find a way.

I urge you all to make this happen. Please show all of us how a company in this day and age truly cares about their customers. Please do what is right!

Spent several hundred dollars on the ION drum rocker for Rock Band on the Xbox 360, and frankly, I considered it the best money I ever spent on a console. I bought the product because I was wholly unsatisfied with the drum kit included with the game. No way will I buy Rock Band 4, or other items from ION absent them addressing this issue.

I have to agree with Paul on this, we invested a lot of money in these kits. If they don't work then there's no reason to buy rb4

Ion really needs to get on this, RB4 launches and we have no news of when or if these kits will be compatible Really Harmonix, you guys need to step up also and get with ion and stop passing the buck. Your hurting yourselves by letting this go on any longer.

Bought the drum rocker day one and without don't want to drum on RB. Invested a lot of my $ into it and refuse to play with standard plastic drums. This NEEDS to be fixed, no way around it. Please and thank you.

If you don't make the ion drum kit work with xbox one there's no reason to buy rb4

I invested a lot of money into my Ion kit and I want it to work with Rock Band 4. Harmonix and Ion should do everything in their power to make this happen, even if that means making a new drum brain pr adapter.
