He will be proud to see that people fought for him. He never stopped fighting for everyone and it is so refreshing that everyone helped fight for him. To my knowledge he was a truthful man and helped my father with his investments who was on a seriously strict fixed income prior to working with Trey. From what I could see he made a better life possible for my father. Since his incarceration it has been a giant step backwards financially, physically and emotionally for my father. Trey can make No restitution while locked up. A negotiated restitution plan and release would benefit all those involved.

I have never given up on Trey. I have always trusted him and thought something was completely off with the way this went bad. I still trust him and am willing to let Trey out of jail for time served. Let him get back to work for us .

Your honor. During the years of my investment with Trey, I always received my monthly payment as promised. I have never felt, even to this point in time, that I had been a victim of fraud. I would petition that he be released as soon as possible. He is a good man with a lovely family and in my opinion has served unwarranted time incarcerated.
