We have floated about for years with the promise of regeneration including the ' Living in Loftus Project' yet nothing has happened just get pushed towards the Heritage Bid which I 100% support but why should it just be based on that when an Authority has duty of care towards the tax payers that live in one of its most potential towns! Enough is enough and I'm glad we have a movement going to challenge the neglect this town faces!

I bought my first marital home in Loftus in the 1980's. It was a lovely place to live but as the years passed by the town has become neglected from the closure of natwest bank around 2000 no further investment has been made to the local community. Loftus needs regeneration

I think this town really needs an investment like this I have lived here all my lif and I have watched it deteriorate and it saddens me to see I really hope Loftus is successful is securing the investment and some thing is finally done about the bad state it is in

People's perception of this town is based on the eye sore of the high street take solve this and you will have sorted out the main problem, is residents deserve this funding long overdue !

Lived here all my life, wouldn't live anywhere else to be honest , I have watched the decline over the years of this town but certainly not the great people in it! never mind spending on Kirkleatham Museum what about a town that has a population of 5000 and are tax payers what do we get ! Not a thing

Admire this towns passion, a jewel in East Cleveland yet neglected time and time again from funding. It's an absolute disgrace to be honest that this was allowed to happen, and a sad mess that residents have to turn to a petition yet again to be heard..Go for it
