Arizona's children need help! Preventing problems faced by youth saves heartache, time, resources and money. It is pure common sense to prevent negative experiences, rather than to attempt solutions, which are usually not fully effective. This is right for kids, right for parents, right for Arizona if we want to be the best we can be to attract tourism, business, and an improved national reputation. Please help our children before they suffer from adverse experiences!

The welfare of our children is of critical importance and when our children experience sexual abuse, their access to a good life is severely impacted. We need to expend resources on prevention and intervention as a responsible adukts. I urge the passage of this resolution.
